I love traveling. I have taken lots of small trips before, like to Washtion DC, but none like this one. This is me a year ago.
I've been traveling for 8 months and this was taken of me in Venice, April 2010.
My name is Colly. I live in Piedmont, California, which is in the Bay Area near Oakland. I am a 12-year-old girl in 6th grade. But, instead of attending Piedmont Middle School, I am going on a trip around the world. We’re going to Colorado, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Greece and a whole lot more. My blog will be about the different places I visit and what’s it like when I’m there. Everyone’s been asking me how I feel about the trip, and my answer is that I’m excited but sad at the same time. I will be missing all my friends and Piedmont, but at the same time I will be traveling all over the world. I think that New Zealand interests me the most because it looks so beautiful, and while we’re there, we are staying on a sheep farm for part of the time. I really like traveling because I like to see new places, relax, and try new food. I have gone on many trips but none like this one.
